The discovery of Bolgheri
Maria Fittipaldi Menarini discovered Bolgheri in the ’90. She fell in love immediately with the place, so much that she decided to buy a propriety here: Tenuta La Pineta, along the Via Bolgherese.
The women of Bolgheri
At the beginning Maria didn’t mean to become a wine producer, but the mood and the vitality of the territory brought her to start this new path in 2004, when the first vines were planted.
Today, after 15 years, she runs this estate with her 4 daughters: Carlotta, Giulia, Serena, Valentina, the “Donne Fittipaldi”.
